Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and motivated Business Development Representative to drive the growth and success of our firm. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and promoting our services to key stakeholders in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute business development and relationship-building events to foster growth and expansion.
  • Ensure consistent follow-up and tailored communication with realtor contacts to build strong relationships.
  • Review and utilize reports to stay updated on market trends and realtors in your market, providing valuable insights for strategic planning.
  • Facilitate effective stakeholder communication and engagement on social media with current and prospective referral sources.
  • Coordinate appreciation efforts and celebratory events to strengthen relationships and build brand loyalty.
  • Input and assist in maintaining CRM data to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Analyze market dynamics for strategic planning and prepare reports for market insights, providing updates to Closing Attorneys.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software (preferred).
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry and market trends (strong plus).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
