Join Our Team as a Data Center Project Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data Center Project Manager to join our team at Align Communications. As a Data Center Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing data center fit out projects from inception to final handover, working closely with our team of data center design subject matter experts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project manage data center fit out projects, ensuring timely completion and meeting client expectations.
  • Work with the team to estimate projects and create sales proposals for new business opportunities.
  • Develop RFI and RFP documents, oversee bid leveling, and analyze proposals.
  • Develop budget and project plans during the analysis and design phase of the project.
  • Manage client expectations and maintain status documents throughout the project.
  • Oversee and approve all expenses related to the project.

Requirements:

  • 3-7 years of relevant data center facilities design and build project management experience.
  • Ability to manage client expectations and maintain status documents.
  • Possess hands-on experience with data center design and deployment best practices.
  • Prior experience successfully managing mid-size data center buildouts/fit outs in colocation facilities is preferred.
