Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their project goals and deliverables.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contract agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
  • Estimation and Budgeting: Prepare detailed estimates for clients based on labor, materials, equipment, subcontracts, and other expenses.
  • Project Management: Oversee all aspects of project execution, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Site Management: Visit project sites to evaluate progress, address client concerns, and ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
  • Professional Development: Maintain a high level of professionalism with clients, vendors, and colleagues, and work to establish positive working relationships.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the data center industry or a related field.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Applied Science, or Architecture.
  • Skills: Proficiency in project management tools and software, including MS Office, BlueBeam, Accubid, and Procore.
  • Certifications: PMP certification and active security clearance are preferred.

  • Competitive Salary: $95,000 - $125,000 per year.
