Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to support our office in delivering technology and infrastructure initiatives. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving the integration of open source tools, requiring coordination and integration of disparate projects across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct ongoing assessments of project and program management frameworks, governance bodies, and their overall effectiveness in meeting program's strategic objectives to enhance and drive efficiencies in the governance structure.
  • Provide recommendations to leadership on potential strategic implementation options, leveraging industry leading practices to establish a leaner enterprise agile approach.
  • Support coordination among disparate projects and government teams to drive quality outcomes and facilitate technical progress toward the strategic objectives of the organization.
  • Attend open source-related meetings to ensure continuity on complex and sometimes disparate activities.
Requirements
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required.
  • Demonstrated experience in business project management, management consulting or system/project integration.
  • Bachelor's degree in related field.
  • Experience executing highly visible projects including leading coordination and integration across teams.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience with requirements gathering and translating between technical and non-technical staff.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies including the use of Jira and Confluence tools.
  • Experience supporting an open source mission.
