**Job Overview**
We are seeking an experienced Account Executive/Broker II to join our Construction Services Group in New York. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing coverage strategies and marketing initiatives for renewal and prospective business. Your expertise will help us deliver exceptional client service and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior unit members to develop coverage strategy and marketing initiatives
- Accurately respond to client requests and inquiries
- Prepare new business and renewal documents, keeping them up-to-date
- Analyze client-specific risk exposure and detail coverage requirements
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with the underwriting community
- Process and issue new policies, policy renewals, changes, additions, deletions, and cancellations

Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial insurance experience, preferably in construction
- Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
- Thorough analysis of current risk transfer programs
- Insurance program structure planning and design of alternatives based on client objectives
- Property and Casualty Insurance license (required within six months of employment)

What We Offer
A competitive salary range of $120,000 to $200,000 annually, based on education, experience, skills, and abilities. This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans, receiving an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and more.
