We are seeking an experienced Catering Sales Manager to join our team at Ashland Hills Hotel. The successful candidate will be responsible for actively soliciting, selling, planning, and overseeing catering events at our hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell and book catering events, including business meetings, weddings, and social events
  • Build relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business

  • Prepare effective proposals and finalize event orders

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of catering and wedding sales experience, specifically in a hotel setting
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Familiarity with hotel catering menus, profit strategies, and property management systems
