Key Responsibilities- Provide basic clinical and non-clinical patient care activities under the supervision of our nursing staff.
- Aid patients with movement and placement, assist with personal care and activities of daily living, and report any changes in their physical, mental, or emotional condition.
- Document necessary records and maintain patient rooms in a clean and orderly condition.
- BLS Provider certification obtained within 1 month of hire date required.
- One or more of the following certifications:
- Emergency Medical Tech credentialed from the Illinois Board Of Division of Emergency Medical Services and Highway Safety.
- Practical/Vocational Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation.
- Nurse Aide credentialed from the Illinois Department of Public Health.
- High School diploma equivalency or 1 year of applicable cumulative job-specific experience required.
