Position Summary:

We are on the lookout for an experienced Tech Lead to become an integral part of our innovative team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team to address intricate business challenges.
  • Engage actively in Scrum ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
  • Develop clean and efficient code.
  • Test and deploy software solutions.
  • Enhance and refine existing software or architecture.
  • Communicate platform limitations effectively.
  • Collaborate with the team to establish best practices and methodologies.
  • Document processes and maintain records as per team agreements.
  • Provide mentorship to junior software engineers.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years in a leadership engineering capacity.
  • At least 4 years of experience with modern frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, NodeJS, Django, Flask).
  • 2+ years of experience with AWS technologies.
  • 2+ years of experience with various database technologies.
  • Proven track record managing the complete software development lifecycle from inception to deployment.
  • Experience in overseeing the end-to-end life cycle of software and applications.
  • Ability to modify and test changes to previously developed software.
  • Strong writing and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Zoho CRM and its API for data integration.
  • Proficiency in CSS3 and HTML5.
  • Capability to visualize and construct proposed systems.
