Job Opportunity

MMS Group is seeking a skilled Porter/Groundskeeper to join our team at a residential property in New York, NY.

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for growth and advancement through our training and education programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily cleaning and maintenance of common areas, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and emptying garbage
  • Reporting any notable concerns or issues to the Maintenance Supervisor
  • Keeping the property and parking lots in a neat and orderly manner
  • Performing other duties as assigned by the Property Manager and/or Maintenance Supervisor

Requirements:

  • High school education or equivalent
  • Ability to lift, bend, and carry heavy objects
  • Adherence to work-safety and risk management programs
  • Professional and reliable attitude
