Program Overview

As a Management Development Associate, you'll spend 18-24 months working and learning alongside our team of leaders in our beautiful senior living communities. You'll develop the skills to become a future leader with Touchmark, learning what it means to be an ally, a friend, and a giver.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work in various functional departments of the community to gain hands-on experience
  • Develop leadership skills through training and mentorship
  • Assume a management role within one of our communities upon completion of the program
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Ability to relocate to any Touchmark location upon completion of the program
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, as evidenced by leadership positions at work, school, or volunteer organizations
  • Desire to work in the hospitality or service industry or with seniors
  • Comfortable giving oral presentations to small and large groups
  • Willingness to work occasional weekends and evenings as necessary
  • Demonstrated empathy toward others
