Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Lead to join our team. As a Customer Service Lead, you'll be responsible for directing the Squad Crew to deliver exceptional customer experiences and pizzas that exceed our guests' expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example and embody MOD's values and behaviors
  • Create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our guests
  • Coach and train Shift Supervisors to maintain high energy levels and a positive vibe
  • Demonstrate and train Squad members on operational standards and resources
  • Partner with the General Manager to engage with the local community
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service or restaurant leadership experience
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, train, and motivate front-line employees
  • Strategic thinking and tactical execution
  • Ability to remain calm and focused in fast-paced restaurant operations
