Job Summary

The Packaging Specialist will be responsible for packing cartons in our folding/gluing department, ensuring all cartons meet our customer quality standards. This role requires attention to detail, quality consciousness, and good communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Packing cartons to meet customer quality standards
  • Performing quality checks to ensure cartons meet specifications
  • Operating a ream cutter and setting up taper and labeler
  • Performing quality re-work as needed
  • Assisting with off-line packing and other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Quality conscious individual with attention to detail
  • Good communication skills and basic computer skills
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, 30 pounds repetitively
  • Willingness to work 2nd shift (2pm-10pm) or 3rd shift (10pm-6am) with some overtime/weekend work
  • Prior manufacturing experience is a plus, but no experience required
