Product Manager Job Description

At Loftware, we're seeking a skilled Product Manager to join our team. As a Product Manager, you'll be responsible for driving product strategy, planning, and execution across the product life cycle. Your goal will be to ensure success in both business and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute product roadmaps, prioritizing strategic and tactical activities for clinical trials labeling, medical devices, and life sciences.
  • Own the "voice of the customer" through regular interactions with stakeholders and clients, documenting insights through use cases.
  • Clearly define, document, and communicate market opportunities, requirements, and outcomes within an Agile process.
  • Serve as the internal and external product evangelist, working with sales, partners, and key customers to develop positioning and increase market success.
  • Develop new product ideas and enhance existing products based on market knowledge and customer feedback.
  • Define, develop, and disseminate product messages, value propositions, and positioning to optimize revenue and maximize market share.
  • Organize and implement comprehensive product launch plans and define tactical priorities for the product backlog.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of product management experience in technology and life sciences, preferably in an enterprise SaaS software environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a technical discipline.
  • Strategic thinker with a long-term view on growth metrics and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong ownership, bias to action, and ability to succeed in ambiguity.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to translate concepts into value-driven outcomes.
  • Comfortable presenting to both internal and external audiences.
  • Experience in Agile and proven success as a product owner.
