About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Manager Trainee to join our team at BioLife Plasma Services. As a Manager Trainee, you will participate in a comprehensive training program that will equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in a 12-month training program that includes career growth and development, operations management, and customer service.
  • Learn and apply industry best practices in operations management, including financial, marketing, administrative, regulatory, quality, people, and facilities management.
  • Contribute to creating life-changing medicines by maintaining exceptional quality and service standards.
  • Travel opportunities to visit BioLife locations across the country and build your network.
  • Foster an inclusive team environment and collaborate with team members at all levels of the organization.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain donor satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent amount of leadership experience (approximately 3 years).
  • Experience with supervising team members, including skills in coaching, developing, and holding performance management conversations.
  • Travel requirements vary by program path.
  • Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Have a valid driver's license for the entire duration of the program.
  • Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees.
  • Ability to frequently lift to 32 lbs. and occasionally 50 lbs.
  • Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with SOPs, GDP, GMP, CLIA, and the FDA.
  • Experience working in a highly regulated environment.
