Job Description

We are looking for a Sustainability and Waste Management Coordinator to join our team at RenuOil of America Inc. As a key member of our sustainability team, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining sustainable practices throughout our organization.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce waste and increase recycling rates across all departments.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement sustainable practices, focusing on energy efficiency and waste reduction.
  • Conduct regular audits to monitor and improve recycling practices, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure compliance with sustainability standards.
  • Lead educational initiatives to promote sustainability awareness among colleagues and the wider community.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Post-secondary education in a related field, such as environmental science, sustainability, or business.
  • At least 2 years of experience in sustainability, waste management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sustainability initiatives.
  • Estimated salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
