Las Vegas Petroleum operates 13 Conoco-branded C&G assets in the Las Vegas Metro area and supplies over one million gallons of fuel per month to 32 locations. We are committed to maintaining compliance with environmental regulations while ensuring sustainable practices. As part of our nationwide expansion, we are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Environmental Compliance Manager to oversee regulatory compliance across our expanding network of gas stations and travel centers.

This role is critical to ensuring that our operations adhere to federal, state, and local environmental regulations, with a focus on fuel storage, hazardous materials handling, and spill prevention. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of environmental laws and regulations affecting the petroleum industry and experience managing compliance across multiple states. They will lead and manage the environmental compliance team, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure team effectiveness. Additionally, they will develop and implement policies for fuel storage, hazardous materials management, spill prevention, and waste disposal, as well as serve as the primary point of contact with regulatory agencies and manage all environmental reporting requirements.

We estimate the annual salary for this position to be around $120,000 - $150,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
