Responsibilities

This Client Support Representative will be responsible for educating potential customers about our clients' products and services, building lasting relationships with clients through excellent interpersonal skills, and answering questions about our brand's offerings. The successful candidate will also participate in regular meetings with the Client Support Specialist team to develop strategies for achieving customer acquisition standards and sales goals. Additionally, they will attend training sessions on new products, services, and sales promotions to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is provided to customers.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of experience in a customer-centric role, a High School Diploma or equivalent, and a strong ability to communicate effectively. A College Degree is preferred but not required. They should also possess a versatility to take on multiple responsibilities and be adaptable in a dynamic environment.
