We're seeking a driven and charismatic Retail Sales Expert to join our team in Grapevine. As a key player in our sales department, you'll have the opportunity to excel in a fast-paced environment, build upon our strong customer base, and develop your own book of business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Performance: Achieve established goals and objectives on a monthly basis while generating client-acquisition activities from various sources.
  • Customer Engagement: Perform daily, effective communication with established clients and prospects, showcasing products, technology, and services in a professional manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Provide exceptional customer service and work collaboratively with fellow associates to deliver an outstanding experience.
  • Continuous Learning: Attend required training and education opportunities to stay up-to-date with industry trends and company policies.
  • Professionalism: Conduct yourself ethically, treat each customer and colleague with respect, and portray an enthusiastic presence.

Requirements:

  • Previous Experience: Prior retail sales experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Proven Track Record: A proven history of sales performance and a results-oriented mentality.
  • Superior Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to follow up effectively.
  • Certifications and Education: A bachelor's degree is preferred, and proficiency in English is mandatory.
