Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team at J&L Marketing. Our ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with a strong background in graphic design, particularly in Google Web Designer and HTML for paid advertising.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design process, from conceptualization to execution, ensuring high-quality outcomes that align with client objectives.
  • Plan, prepare, and execute designs by gathering client information and necessary marketing materials.
  • Develop and produce digital web and print solutions, including but not limited to designing email templates, digital banners, and direct mail pieces.
  • Create and update ad assets in bulk, ensuring efficiency and consistency across multiple platforms and formats.
  • Utilize Google Web Designer and HTML to craft responsive, interactive, and visually compelling designs.
  • Translate requirements into wireframes and mockups, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Manage compliance and co-op requirements to maintain brand integrity across all designs.
  • Optimize ad templates and designs based on performance data and technological advancements.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in a fast-paced advertising environment.
  • Expertise in Google Web Designer, HTML, and managing mass updates to ad assets.
  • Fluent and proficient in print and digital design using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • In-depth knowledge of digital and press file preparation.
  • Proven experience in online display ads, with a strong understanding of best practices for digital advertising.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate and negotiate feedback on designs, wireframes, and mockups.
  • High attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering polished and precise work.
  • Excellent planning, multi-tasking, and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines.
  • A collaborative team player with a flexible attitude and adaptability to change.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
