We're seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team as an On-Call Hospice RN. As a national leader in home-based care, Enhabit is committed to expanding what's possible for patient care in the home.

About the Role

As an On-Call Hospice RN, you'll provide coordination of care, ensure continuous assessment of each patient's and family's needs, and implement the interdisciplinary care plan. You'll perform services in accordance with the physician's orders and the established plan of care (POC), ensuring delivery of care is compliant with federal and state regulations.

Requirements
  • Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing education.
  • Must be licensed in the state where they currently practice.
  • Must have at least one year experience as a licensed registered nurse (RN).
  • Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Medicare home health or hospice experience is preferred.
