Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location: Chatham, NJ

Soliant is seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team In this role, you will work with students, families, and educators to develop and implement behavior intervention plans that promote positive behavioral changes and support student success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and analyze data
  • Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Provide training and support to paraprofessionals and school staff
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to monitor student progress
  • Adjust intervention strategies based on data for optimal outcomes
Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Experience working in a school or pediatric setting (preferred)
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively with students, families, and staff
