Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute the layout, fabrication, installation, repair, and maintenance of fixed fire protection systems.
  • Adhere to manufacturer guidelines, industry codes/standards, and company protocols.
  • Interpret technical blueprints for accurate system installation and maintenance.
  • Assess and select materials based on project specifications, ensuring effective communication of material requirements.
  • Prepare and organize materials and equipment for job assignments.
  • Identify and relay necessary modifications to the Field Supervisor.
  • Plan installation and repair tasks to minimize disruption to client operations.
  • Perform pipe cutting, threading, and bending, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization at job sites.
  • Represent Eagle Fire's values and reputation in all professional interactions.
  • Demonstrate commitment to fulfilling job responsibilities, including potential overtime work.
  • Engage in ongoing education to maintain required certifications and licenses.
  • Complete additional related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Self-motivated individual capable of working independently.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sprinkler installation and service, specifically with Wet, Dry, Pre-action, and Deluge systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints.
  • Familiarity with trade tools and equipment, including pipe threaders and groovers.
  • Must meet state licensing and vendor certification requirements.
  • Possession of Fire Sprinkler Manufacturer's Certifications.
  • NICET certification is preferred.
  • Solid understanding of fire protection codes and standards.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for the past five years.
  • Physical capability to stand for extended periods, lift, crouch, reach, handle, push, and pull.
  • Willingness to travel and stay away from home as required.
  • Comfortable working in varying temperature conditions and exposure to loud environments.
  • Fluency in English with effective communication abilities.
