About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician I to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician I, you will work with other maintenance personnel to identify maintenance opportunities for improving manufacturing quality, reducing costs, increasing efficiency, and working within a team to ensure effective execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent teamwork skills.
  • High mechanical and electrical aptitude that can be demonstrated with standardized testing/or experience.
  • Ability to prioritize work to ensure team safety, quality, and delivery of assigned tasks.
Requirements
  • Previous experience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience reading blueprints and schematic drawings.
  • Experience documenting WO and correctives.
  • Experience performing equipment maintenance using CMMS WO.
  • Experience completing JHA and identifying hazards.
  • Experience working in hot and damp environments, wearing PPE, climbing stairs, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and standing/walking for extended periods of time.
