Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist at Tanglewood Group. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, manage administrative tasks, and support the Case Management team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct incoming calls, take messages, and greet visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide administrative support to the Case Management team, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
  • Manage the distribution of mail, packages, and other materials to residents and staff.
  • Arrange transportation and escorts for residents as needed.
  • Perform various clerical duties, such as typing, photocopying, and collating.
  • Update and maintain accurate records, including census reports and resident information.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials as required.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; related experience and/or training preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Working Conditions
