Job Title: Case Manager Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Case Manager Supervisor to join our team at The Salvation Army Eastern Territory. As a Case Manager Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising a team of Case Managers who provide services for the Domestic Violence/Rape Crisis Program of The Salvation Army Anew Center in Chautauqua County.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and support a team of Case Managers to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to clients experiencing domestic violence, rape, and sexual assault.
  • Coordinate case management schedules, including vacation, sick, and personal time usage, as well as coverage for court and other appointments as necessary.
  • Track and rotate Case Managers for Dunkirk, the shelter, and support groups.
  • Compile and analyze statistics from Case Managers, conducting quality checks for duplications and errors, and making corrections as needed.
  • Provide comprehensive case management services, including accompaniment and advocacy, to non-residential and residential clients.
  • Assist clients in accessing community resources, obtaining/maintaining housing, and identifying self-sufficiency goals.
  • Report residential intakes to the Department of Health & Human Services, schedule initial appointments, and maintain weekly communication with DSS regarding client progress and requests for additional shelter stay.
  • Facilitate weekly domestic violence support groups or other related groups as assigned.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records, submitting reports and statistics as required by The Salvation Army and program funders.
  • Assist with training of Anew Center volunteers and staff as assigned.
  • Participate in the Response Team Schedule, providing coverage for shelter, advocacies, debriefing, phone calls, and other critical situations during coverage dates.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; Associates degree with 3-5 years of experience will be considered.
  • Must satisfactorily complete the sexual assault training to become a certified rape crisis counselor.
  • Must have computer/typing skills to complete statistics, maintain case files, and correspond via email communication.
  • Must present themselves in a professional manner.
  • Must be able to climb stairs and carry supplies to and from upper levels of the building.
  • Must have a valid driver's license meeting The Salvation Army's insurance requirements.
