As a Sales Coordinator at Millennium, you'll play a critical role in streamlining our sales processes and ensuring client satisfaction.

About the Role

As a Sales Coordinator, you'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our sales team, including working with inside and outside sales reps to resolve issues and communicate solutions to clients. You'll also collaborate with vendors and purchasing to generate quotations, sales orders, and purchase orders, and partner with sales reps to ensure quotes are followed up on and/or closed out to achieve quarterly sales, margin, and gross profit goals.

What You'll Do
  • Work closely with sales reps to resolve issues and communicate solutions to clients
  • Collaborate with vendors and purchasing to generate quotations, sales orders, and purchase orders
  • Partner with sales reps to ensure quotes are followed up on and/or closed out to achieve quarterly sales, margin, and gross profit goals
  • Manage vendor relationships by offering feedback and engaging suppliers when opportunities arise
