Environmental Compliance Data Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Hazardous Waste Management Assistant. This role offers an excellent opportunity for professional development and advancement in the field of environmental compliance and industrial services.
About the JobIn this role, you will be responsible for performing data entry tasks, coordinating administrative activities, and supporting the facility's compliance efforts. You will work closely with the team to compile and analyze data, generate reports, and assist with training presentations as required.
Key Responsibilities- Enter, update, and maintain records related to hazardous waste management using EESOH-MIS.
- Coordinate and organize administrative activities, such as filing, document management, and correspondence.
- Accurately document waste handling procedures, inspections, and incident reports.
- Collaborate with team members to compile and analyze data, generate reports, and assist with training presentations as required.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certifications or training in data entry or administration are a plus.
- 1 year of experience in data entry is required.
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite and data management software; familiarity with EESOH-MIS is a plus.
- $17.00 - $20.00 per hour salary range.
