Job Description

As a Federal Sales Associate at Paratusec, you will be responsible for communicating the features, capabilities, and benefits of our Service Offering to prospective customers. Your goal will be to ensure that they understand our company value proposition and choose our solutions/services. In this role, you will drive the presales engagement, including networking events, matchmaking, and research on Federal requirements. You will also ensure that the sales strategy and tactics align with Paratusec goals and values while engaging and delighting the customer. Post-pre-sales, you'll drive customer's engagement through patient and methodical follow-up to continue the sales process and ensure we are recognized as the solution to their pressing needs and wants.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Attending matchmaking, network, and other Gov-Con conferences to generate leads and move through the sales process to qualify leads.
  • Delivering presales effort for prospects, including company capability presentations.
  • Being the expert in the features, benefits, and application of Paratusec Service Offerings.
  • Using your communications skills to assess client needs and drive them to an appropriate evaluation and selection process or gain sufficient business intelligence to help respond to RFI, RFQ, or RFP.
  • Communicating routinely with leadership regarding sales activities and tactics.

Requirements for this role include:

  • 1 to 3+ years of experience in sales to Federal Government Agencies, strongly preferred.
  • Conviction and Commitment to Paratusec services improving the business of the government.
