We are seeking a highly skilled Vascular Tech to join our team at Keck Medicine of USC. As a Vascular Tech, you will play a critical role in providing noninvasive vascular studies and technical support to our medical and technical team.
Key Responsibilities- Perform high-quality noninvasive vascular studies and associated paperwork during an 8-hour shift.
- Maintain technical quality and adhere to established standards.
- Provide technical support in the performance of noninvasive vascular diagnostic studies.
- Work closely with vascular surgeons, urologists, and neurologists to perform procedures and interpret results.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Specialized training in Vascular Technology from an accredited Sonography Program.
- 2 years of experience performing noninvasive vascular studies.
- Ability to work effectively with physicians, staff, and patients.
- Able to function independently and as a member of a team.
- Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) or Registered Vascular Specialist (RVS) certification.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification from the American Heart Association.
- Fire Life Safety Training certification (required for LA City employees).
The hourly rate range for this position is $91.73.
