Clinical Services Liaison

As a Clinical Services Liaison at Atrium Health, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. This position requires a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical administrative support to ensure timely and effective resource management.
- Analyze data to prioritize multi-issue situations and support appropriate actions based on patient health and welfare.
- Identify and address barriers to situation/complaint resolution in a timely and effective manner.
- Develop and support patient-specific clinical plans of care that promote quality outcomes and patient satisfaction.
- Support clinical staff in implementing identified plans, coordinating care delivery, and promoting healthy outcomes.
- Evaluate progress toward attainment of outcomes through documentation review and interdisciplinary team meetings.
- Maintain current knowledge of payer requirements and billing criteria to ensure compliance and timely completion of CSC workflow.
- Delegate elements of care to appropriate healthcare workers in accordance with legal and policy parameters.
- Collaborate with healthcare consumers, family, and others in the conduct of clinical practice.
This role requires a Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing, BSN preferred, and one-year experience in a related field. Current RN license or temporary license as a Registered Nurse Petitioner is required. Must maintain current state driver's license and auto insurance at all times.
