**Key Responsibilities**

  • Supervise up to twenty employees, including supervisors and managers, to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Act as a direct liaison between ABM Services and Property Management to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and manage budgets to ensure financial stability and growth.
  • Provide regular P&L reviews and variance reports to stakeholders.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to visitors and guests, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Complete documentation for damage claims as needed, maintaining accurate records.
  • Oversee inventory control of tickets and validations, ensuring efficient operations.
  • Assist with valet parking as needed, providing support to the team.
  • Train new team members, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Complete other reports as needed, such as Safety Training, Workers Comp., and validation billing.
  • Responsible for the daily garage operation, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
  • Coordinate special event staffing and logistics, ensuring successful events.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or requested, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

**Requirements**

  • Five to Ten years of managerial experience in a service/customer-oriented environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to work with various levels of staff and management.
  • Experience in cost estimating/pricing work.
  • Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and chemical handling/storage procedures.
  • Ability to write reports and business correspondence, and effectively present information to managers and customers.
