Job SummaryThe Staff Registered Nurse at Northside Hospital is responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care in accordance with established guidelines and standards. You will work independently to assess patient needs, develop and implement individualized care plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Implement and evaluate patient care in accordance with established guidelines and standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to advance patient care
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and licensed as a RN in the State of Georgia in good standing
- Minimum of two (2) years of full-time experience as a RN post-orientation or post-residency training
- Certified in American Heart Association's Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS)
- Other REQUIRED cardiopulmonary resuscitation certifications (ACLS, NRP, PALS, etc.) are unit specific
- BSN degree
- National Certification in Clinical Specialty
