Our Team

We are seeking talented individuals from the Pacific Northwest region, offering both remote and in-person work options.

Your Role
We are in search of a Staff Software Engineer who is eager to engage in both front-end and full-stack development of our applications. This role involves conceptualizing, designing, and implementing new features and products tailored for our clientele.

Technology Stack
Our technical framework includes a React-based web front-end and React-Native for mobile applications (iOS/Android), supported by a serverless backend utilizing Google Cloud Platform and Typescript.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop engaging and innovative software solutions that simplify finance and accounting tasks for our clients, which include mid-sized and large construction enterprises.
  • Create industry-leading tools through close collaboration with our customers, engineering team, and business stakeholders.
  • Design scalable software capable of efficiently managing the substantial data volumes present on our platform.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Self-driven and passionate about crafting exceptional software.
  • Proven ability to independently transform ideas into fully functional, customer-facing software with minimal guidance from design or product teams.
  • 8+ years of experience in software engineering.
  • 3+ years of expertise in React and/or React-Native.
  • Strong proficiency in HTML/CSS.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Expertise in a statically typed programming language, preferably Java or Typescript.
  • Willingness to work in the Seattle office at least once a week.

Preferred Experience (not mandatory, we encourage learning):

  • Understanding of accounting principles.
  • Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform.
  • Experience in fintech and/or payment processing.
