Position: Senior SAP ABAP OData Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop OData services utilizing SAP Gateway for mobility projects.
  • Participate actively in SAP Development, Unit Testing, and Integration Testing cycles.
  • Lead and mentor team members while ensuring hands-on involvement in all development tasks.
  • Set up Web IDE on Cloud Platform and establish connections to backend SAP S/4HANA systems.
  • Configure SAP NetWeaver Gateway (Hub or Embedded Deployment) and SAP Cloud Platform Integration.
  • Implement and troubleshoot performance issues in SAP Gateway applications.
  • Utilize ABAP programming skills for full lifecycle implementations and complex integrations.
  • Develop technical specifications and unit test cases for WRICEF developments.
  • Conduct peer reviews and validate developments completed by team members.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP Development.
  • Expertise in SAP Gateway OData Services with at least 6-8 years of hands-on experience.
  • Proficient in JavaScript, XML, and HTML programming.
  • Experience in implementing offline OData services is highly desirable.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for SAP OData-based services.
  • Knowledge of setting up Single Sign-On (SSO) for web applications is an advantage.
  • Ability to deliver projects on time while adhering to industry best practices and quality standards.
