Lawton, Oklahoma, United States Sunny Days Full time

Welcome to Sunny Days Sunshine Center, a vibrant community dedicated to promoting positive behavior, increasing quality of life, and enabling individuality. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in providing play-based, naturalistic care to our clients.

We are seeking an experienced SLP professional or recent graduate (CFYs and SLPAs) who shares our passion for making a difference. Our one-of-a-kind center is designed to address the unique needs of children experiencing challenges with learning, social skills, sensory processing, speech/language difficulties, and motor development.

Your primary responsibilities will include conducting developmental screening/assessments, providing Speech Language Pathology services, and consulting with family members and other professionals working with the family. You will also coach family members and caregivers on various intervention strategies to facilitate active involvement and carry-over in both home and community settings.

To succeed in this role, you should possess strong clinical and interpersonal skills, as well as excellent written and oral communication skills. An Oklahoma Speech Language Pathologist (SLP/CCC) license is required, and we will consider CFY or SLPA candidates with outpatient pediatric clinic experience.

Our compensation package includes an estimated annual salary of $65,000 - $85,000 based on experience, plus comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, vision, company-paid life insurance, paid time off/vacation days, and 401k eligibility after one year. We also offer bonuses for referrals and an annual $500 allowance for professional education.
