Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Speech and Language Therapist to join our team as a Staff Speech Language Pathologist. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to a diverse patient population, ranging from infants to geriatric patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and treat individuals with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Provide therapy for cognitive aspects of communication and swallowing dysfunction
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement comprehensive treatment plans
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
Requirements:
- Licensed as a Certified Speech Pathologist in the State of Oklahoma
- Experience working with a broad range of disorders across a diverse patient demographic
- Strong clinical skills in assessment and intervention, and excellent interpersonal communication abilities
