Job Title: Speech Therapist - Pediatric Specialist

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at ProCare Therapy. As an SLP with ProCare Therapy, you will have the opportunity to work with students of various ages and abilities, providing speech and language therapy services in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Job Overview
  • This is a full-time position, working 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
  • The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Speech and Communicative Disorders, as well as active licensure in Oklahoma.
  • Experience working with children in a school setting is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language disorders in students.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Provide speech and language therapy services in both individual and group settings, adapting your approach to meet the diverse needs of your students.
  • Collaborate closely with other members of the education team to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), ensuring that every student receives the support they need to thrive.
Requirements
  • A minimum of one year of experience working as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a school setting.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with teachers, administrators, and other professionals.
