You'll work closely with our professional engineers and geotechnical experts to analyze site conditions, identify geological hazards, and provide recommendations that ensure the safety and feasibility of construction projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting site investigations and collecting geologic data.
- Analyzing geologic and soil reports.
- Identifying risks associated with earth material and providing mitigation strategies.
- Collaborating with engineers, developers, and clients to deliver practical and cost-effective solutions.
- A degree in Geology, Engineering Geology, or a related field.
- Experience in geologic hazard identification and mitigation (preferred).
- Strong communication skills and a passion for collaborative problem-solving.
- A California Professional Geologist (PG) license is a plus.
We offer a competitive salary range of $ $115,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement planning, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
