**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced Geologist to join our team as a Senior Geologist. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our professional engineers and geotechnical experts to analyze site conditions, identify geological hazards, and provide recommendations that ensure the safety and feasibility of construction projects.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Conducting site investigations and collecting geologic data
  • Analyzing geologic and soil reports
  • Identifying risks associated with earth material and providing mitigation strategies
  • Collaborating with engineers, developers, and clients to deliver practical and cost-effective solutions

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A degree in Geology, Engineering Geology, or a related field
  • Experience in geologic hazard identification and mitigation (preferred)
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for collaborative problem-solving
  • A California Professional Geologist (PG) license is a plus
