Project Professional for Environmental Investigations

Tetra Tech is seeking a skilled professional to manage and support environmental investigation and remediation projects. The selected candidate will work on various projects out of our Santa Barbara office, providing technical expertise to clients in Southern California and beyond.
Key Responsibilities- Assist senior project managers in managing small projects and tasks for existing clients.
- Support field investigations, including soil and groundwater sampling, borehole drilling, and well installations.
- Prepare and review work plans, sampling and analysis plans, remedial investigation reports, and similar activities under the guidance of a senior or principal geologist/engineer/scientist.
- A bachelor's degree in engineering, geology, hydrogeology, biology, environmental science, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in environmental consulting or a related industry, with a focus on geologic, engineering, scientific, or general environmental projects and data interpretation.
- Field experience, including subsurface soil, soil gas, and groundwater sampling, drilling, and well installation for hazardous waste site characterization, aquifer testing, remedial system installation, and system operation and maintenance.
