Position Summary:

As a Bartender, you will play a vital role in our lively establishment. Your responsibilities will extend beyond serving beverages; you will create memorable experiences, blend flavors, and be the pulse of our social environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist patrons with beverage selection and preparation, ensuring efficient service in the bar and restaurant areas.
  • Engage with guests to assess their needs and satisfaction with drinks, maintaining a consistently high standard of service.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of the drink menu and standard offerings to guide guests in their choices.
  • Adhere to the standards set by the establishment in all bar and restaurant operations.
  • Enhance food and beverage sales by demonstrating expertise in cocktails, spirits, and menu items.
  • Accurately take and process orders using the Micros system, ensuring timely service and correct billing.
  • Prepare guest checks and manage payment transactions as required.
  • Maintain, operate, and clean all bar equipment and fixtures to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Ensure the bar is well-stocked and organized at all times.
  • Follow safe food handling practices and maintain a secure working environment.
Qualifications:
  • Preferred one year of experience in the foodservice or hospitality sector as a Bartender.
  • Strong knowledge of spirits, beer, and wine; experience in a luxury hospitality setting is advantageous.
  • Must meet the minimum age requirement to serve alcohol.
  • Exhibit a professional appearance and demeanor, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
  • Ability to obtain necessary state and local certifications, such as food handler or alcohol training certifications, relevant to the role.
