Anthropologie Sales Associate

Join the Anthropologie team as a Seasonal Sales Associate and contribute to driving sales through providing a genuine and unique experience to each customer. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for creating a personalized shopping experience for our customers, connecting with multiple customers, and sharing product suggestions to support a selling environment. You will also be responsible for utilizing technology to transact in the moment, find sizes and colors, and place orders for items not available in store. In addition, you will participate in the learning and sharing of product knowledge, current trends, and personal styling priorities to inspire the customer. You will also contribute to a positive team morale by participating in store initiatives and highlighting peers and leaders through the SPARKED journal. If you have a passion for customer service, are a team player, and are able to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store, including nights, weekends, and holidays, we encourage you to apply.
