Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing Body Shop staff, assisting with scheduling, payroll, inventory & tool needs
  • Ensuring Technicians workflows are going smoothly and customer needs are prioritized
  • Managing technician productivity
  • Documenting all repairs & orders properly
  • Overseeing vehicle washing, waxing, revitalizing processes
  • Interacting with external vendors on parts inventory
  • Maintaining the profitability of a department while controlling expenses and maintaining customer satisfaction
  • Understanding and keeping abreast of all federal, state and local regulations that affect operations
  • Effective vehicle production and inventory control
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality
  • Enjoy working in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
