Job Title: Social Program Evaluation Consultant

This is a 6-month hybrid contract position with RJM Technologies, Inc. in Washington, DC. As a skilled Social Program Evaluation Consultant, you will be responsible for developing data collection tools and generating insights to strengthen program evaluation and inform program implementation. The role involves responding to time-sensitive technical assistance requests from the organization's programs and support teams in creating evaluation frameworks and plans.

The ideal candidate must have 5 years of experience working in social program data evaluation. You should have demonstrated proficiency in creating and presenting compelling data visualizations in PowerPoint or more sophisticated platforms. Experience in survey development, including creating questions and programming surveys into online platforms like Qualtrics, is also essential. Additionally, you should be familiar with Microsoft SharePoint and have expert-level knowledge of MS Excel. A Bachelor's degree is required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research on evaluation approaches and methods for new and existing programmatic areas.
  • Respond to program requests for technical assistance with data collection, analysis, and reporting of findings.
  • Develop new evaluation resources and supports Knowledge Management efforts to make resources more accessible in Microsoft SharePoint.
  • Develop surveys, including creating questions and programming surveys into an online platform such as Qualtrics.
  • Create and present compelling data visualizations in PowerPoint and/or more sophisticated platforms.

Estimated Salary: $90,000 per year. This figure is based on national averages for a professional with your skills and experience.
