Job Title: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Solutions Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud Solutions Architect to join our team at ListEngage. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable and efficient marketing cloud solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Onboard new clients from start to finish, ensuring a seamless transition from other ESPs or homegrown systems to Marketing Cloud.
  • Audit existing SFMC accounts to maximize client investment in Salesforce.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to address their ongoing and growing SFMC needs.
  • Provide thought leadership and technical expertise to clients.
  • Champion the adoption of reusable architecture assets to improve efficiency.
  • Lead technical teams on US-based and international projects.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Demonstrate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Produce blueprints and documentation to aid in understanding existing architecture solutions.
Requirements:
  • Strong organizational, consulting, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • 3-5+ years of relevant client-facing Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget) experience.
  • Experience with Enterprise 2.0 accounts, studios, and features.
  • Deep understanding of data structures, schemas, and data normalization.
  • Hands-on experience in designing and developing Automations, Triggers, and Life-cycle journeys in SFMC.
  • Strong skills in AMPscript and SQL.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant certifications are a plus.
  • Experience with Marketing Cloud Connector and other Salesforce clouds is a plus.
  • Excellent logical reasoning and analytical skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
