Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified Journeyman Plumber to join our team at Delaware Park Casino & Racing. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in plumbing and be committed to delivering high-quality service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Installation and repair of various plumbing fixtures.
  • Assisting in the upkeep and repair of HVAC systems.
  • Ensuring adherence to all applicable Federal, State, and Local regulations, including OSHA standards.
  • Fostering a culture of integrity and trust within the team.
  • Maintaining excellent customer relations.
  • Carrying out additional tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A minimum of five (5) years of plumbing experience.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in reading blueprints and performing job layouts.
  • Capable of lifting up to fifty (50) lbs. without difficulty.
  • Must successfully complete and maintain background checks and licensing requirements.
  • Able to stand, walk, and kneel for extended periods.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Willingness to work in various weather conditions, including on roofs, ladders, and scaffolding.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
