Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Heating and Cooling Technician to join our team at WM Henderson Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for installing new residential heating and cooling systems in clients' homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install new residential heating and cooling systems in clients' homes
  • Work with clients to understand their heating and cooling needs and provide solutions
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless installation process
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing systems
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices

Requirements:

  • Experience as an HVAC Installation Technician
  • Relevant licenses and certifications
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test
  • Clean and neat appearance
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Hard-working and motivated
