- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, including pneumatic and electrical components.
- Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical and electrical issues.
- Communication and Collaboration Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Travel Requirements: Ability to travel up to 75% of the time, with occasional international travel.
