About the Role:

Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time position. In this role, you will provide essential speech and language therapy services to students in a school setting, supporting their communication development and academic achievement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Therapy: Deliver speech and language therapy to students with diverse communication needs.
  • Develop Treatment Plans: Create and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's unique requirements.
  • Assess and Evaluate: Conduct assessments to determine students' speech and language abilities and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate: Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and school staff to support students' speech and language development.
  • Document Progress: Maintain thorough records of student progress and communicate updates to parents and staff.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Licensure: Valid SLP license or eligibility to obtain one.
  • Experience: Experience in a school setting is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
