Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial-minded individual to become a Farmers Insurance Agency Owner in the Chicagoland area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic business plan to grow your agency and meet sales goals
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and prospects
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and community members
  • Market and promote Farmers Insurance products and services to potential clients
  • Recruit and train staff as needed to support agency growth
  • Manage agency operations including marketing, sales, and customer service
  • Collaborate with other agents to share best practices and drive overall success in your agency
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for sales and customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and community members
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals
  • Previous experience in insurance sales or related field preferred, but not required
  • Ability to manage a team and delegate responsibilities effectively
  • Must be licensed to sell insurance in the state of Illinois or willing to obtain licenses

Additional Information

Job Type: Full-time

Estimated Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year

Benefits include dental insurance, disability insurance, flexible schedule, health insurance, and vision insurance. Supplemental pay includes bonus opportunities and commission pay.

Experience: 3-5 years of sales experience and 5 years of management experience preferred.

Licenses/Certifications: Insurance Producer License preferred.
